Cash Out explained
Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the event finishes, for an amount that reflects how the bet currently stands. It is genuinely useful, and it is not free.
How the price is worked out
The offer is based on the current odds of your selection still winning. If your bet is well ahead, the offer approaches the full potential return. If it is behind, the offer will be below your stake.
A margin is built into that number, exactly as it is in the original price. You are paying for certainty, and the cost is the gap between the offer and the bet’s true current value.
When it makes sense
- A long multi where most legs have landed and the remaining risk is concentrated.
- A live position that has moved sharply in your favour early.
- Circumstances that have changed the bet — a red card, an injury, a weather turn.
When it usually does not
Cashing out reflexively on every bet that goes green converts a positive expectation into a smaller one, because you pay the margin every time. It is a risk-management tool, not a strategy.
Availability is not guaranteed — it can be suspended during play, and around goals or scoring events it will be withdrawn while the market resettles.
Before you bet
Odds move with team news, form and where the money goes, so check the live market before you stake. 18+ only.
